Not all condos and apartments at ‘Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residences’ participate in the ‘hotel rental pool’. All condos and apartments listed on this website participate in the ‘hotel rental pool’.

Book with Confidence

We know these are unique times, so we want to make sure you can book with confidence with our flexible cancellation policy.

  • For reservations and bookings moved up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains non refundable.
  • We will provide a full refund (less a non-refundable $100 + tax reservation processing fee plus tax, and 3.5% credit card processing fee) for cancellations at least 3 days prior to arrival for arrivals through 05/15/2021. If fewer than 3 days to arrival (including no-shows), 1 night room rate plus tax and reservation processing fee plus tax are forfeited.
  • If a specific unit was booked, we will provide a full refund (not including a $100 + tax non-refundable reservation processing fee plus tax, 3.5% credit card processing fee) for cancellations at least 3 days prior to arrival for arrivals through 05/15/2021. If fewer than 3 days to arrival (including no-shows), total payment (minus damage waiver plus tax, cleaning fees plus tax, and resort fees plus tax) are forfeited.
